What is the cost of shipping?
To make it easier we offer $6 flat rate shipping to anywhere in the US and $20 flat rate shipping anywhere outside the US. Characters of Character is not responsible for any taxes during shipping.
Do you allow returns/refunds?
Due to reproducible materials we do not allow refunds on our character education programs or any other printed materials such as books. For all other items we ask that you contact us within 14 days of receiving the merchandise. Any time after the 14 days we reserve the right to deny any returns.

What shipping method do you use?
We ship with USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Shipping depends on location and shipping time frames, so we use a variety of shipping methods. If you need an expedited order please contact us. There will an increase in price for shipping charges but we will work to accommodate you.
Do you accept other forms of payment?
